Exceptional customer service! Meleesa was always courteous and helpful in organising the building and pest inspection and the report provided was detailed and delivered within the same day.
As a bonus, when I originally called to book an inspection, I was advised the next available date would be approximately 3 weeks away due too all the public holidays. We used Twin Cities Building & Pest for our recent purchase. Meleesa and Brett was very responsive and on the inspection day…Brett was nice and friendly and definitely knew his stuff. He walked us through the issues on site and provided us with useful advice.
